CULTURE JAM X ESPN
When Culture Jam linked up with ESPN and the WNBA, our mission was clear: to create a defining moment in support of women’s basketball; a moment that celebrates the sport and the culture it lives in. This wasn’t just another campaign – it was a full-blown experience. Working with ESPN, we brought Culture Jam music and visuals straight to the heart of their WNBA playoff anthem and broadcast commercials, blending our style with the game’s unmatched energy.
For the WNBA All-Star campaign, we launched "Can't Get Enough," a high-energy anthem featuring BIA, Lakeyah, and Flau'jae, setting the tone for an electrifying showcase of talent and competition. And by the time the playoffs hit, “Pretty Girls Cry Too” with Lay Bankz, Saweetie, and Flo Milli became the soundtrack of the WNBA Playoffs, amplifying the emotion and excitement of every game.
Our goal was to blend sports and culture to amplify ESPN’s vision. By bringing in top talent and our own brand of youthful energy, we gave the campaign a fresh, elevated look that speaks directly to WNBA and ESPN fans. The result was a campaign that celebrated the spirit of women’s basketball, uniting sports and music in a way that spoke directly to the heart of the fan base.
